Does anybody no how to transfers songs from itunes to a PSP cuz i need help doing that.

i tried to do it the normal way but the PSP only accepts MP3 sonds and on itunes they're mpeg4. Does any body no how to transfer mpeg4 songs to mp3 songs? and if u do, i need really detailed step by step instructions. Plz help somebody!!!!!!!!!! :tazz:
