Since yesterday i have been unable to do anything on my pc which involves using disks or certain programes, I have tried to restore my system, and have also tried to reboot the hard drive but i am being told by my pc that the rundll32.exe file is missing, resulting in me being unable to do a virus scan or anthing else, I have managed to do a system search and it cannot find this file. I have also managed to get my internet to load and can download but am unable to run anthing i have downloaded in order to sort this problem as the rundll32.exe file is missing. So i am there for hoping that some one on here would be able to give me some information on how i can sort out this problem, please.

Follow the steps below:
Start->Run. Type cmd. Press Enter.
In the Command-Prompt Window, type sfc /SCANONCE. Press Enter.
Follow the instructions by the System File Checker.
(Note:The scan will done on next reboot, so u will be prompted for a reboot.)
