Morning!

I want to open mp3 files in Internet Explorer's Media window, but I already clicked the "Save target as" selection along with "Always perform the selected action." Now, whenever I click an mp3 file, it opens in RealPlayer instead of in Internet Explorer's Media window.

How can I reset what I told it to do for mp3 files, or all the files including wav or midi? I would uninstall RealPlayer in the first place, but Japanese AOL requires it, and it does not recognize Real Alternative as a replacement. And my girlfriend uses AOL, so...

Thanks for all your help.

Howdy:

Go to Control Panel>Folder Options..

Now, click on the "File Types" tab..

Scroll down until you find the mp3 extension.. Highlight it and then click on the "Change" button beside the "Opens with".. Find Windows Media Player in the dropdown list and click on it..

Do that for all of them that you want WMP to open..
