i have followed all the instructions ( i think ) here is a copy of my log file from hijack this...can someone tell me what to delete...thank you so much...

thanks for the feedback...my computer is just running so slow and it keeps freezing up on me...i have a broadband connection...and when i run my scans i have no detected spyware or viruses...i really have anything on my computer that should be making it so slow...do you have any idea why it might be doing this...thanks in advance...ps..i am a novice...please tell me...i have to run a new scan in order to delete the objects you suggested? :tazz:

Yes open Hijackthis and click scan with out saving a log then you can fix them items. Im not sure why your PC is acting slow but its not a malware issue as your log is clean you could ask in this forum http://www.geekstogo...2003-NT-f5.html
