These windows are like ads .
I have pop-up blocker but they wont stop.
so how can I stop these windows ...

Sounds a lot like messenger spam. Do the pop-ups have the title of "Messenger Service"? If so, please check the link in my signature.

i found the reasen ,i called My iSP provider for help and its was "spyware ".
now i downloaded anti-spyware software and i removed some spyware ,now it seemes OK
thank you !!!

Can you say what "anti-spyware software" you used ?

I used spybot-search&Destroy ..
at least i found that for free ..
