HELP! Control Panel locked!

Hello everyone,

I have an elderly woman that I just gave a computer to and its running Window ME. I don't have the install sik anymore so I reinstall is not going to happen.

She called me and said she couldn't type in text boxes or put her passwords in for her aol email. I went over and ran Spyware and deleted them. The Control Panel is blank yet it says 33 item at the bottom of the window. Also a pop up comes up and says "Internet Exlporer script error 29" Also error in inetcpl.cpl appers.

I ran the spyware (Ad-aware) and CWshreader. Can I reinstall without the disk clean or what can I do?
