Edit: I completed all the steps in the sticky on what to do before posting a hijack this log. I haven't really done anything else to solve the problem.

Hello, and welcome to GeeksToGo! My name is Kat, and I will be helping you get your computer fixed back up and on the go! :) You should either print these instructions, or save them to your desktop for easy access. Part of the fix may require you to be in Safe Mode, and you will be unable to access the internet at that time.

~File Submission~

CLICK THIS TO LINK TO BE SURE YOU CAN VIEW HIDDEN FILES

I need you to go here:
The Spy Killer Forum

*Click on "New Topic"
*Put your name, e-mail address, and this as the title: " C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\wkfz\wkfzm.exe "
*Put a link to this geeks to go topic in the description box.
*Then next to the file box. at the bottom, click the "browse" button, then navigate to this file:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\wkfz\wkfzm.exe

*Press "Open".
*Click "Post".

Thank you!

~Downloads~

1. Download CleanUp
Install the program, dont run it yet, we will later.
2. Place a shortcut to Active Scan for later use.

~Instructions~
