I have a Sony RZ54G PC running Windows XP Media Edition.
When I try to open "Click to DVD" software I get the following error
message.

Another application is already using the video hardware overlay Please close the application and start again. If there is no open application playing back video the display setting may be incorrect. The desktop screen resoltion or monitor refresh rate may be set too high.

I tried all of these and even did a system restore back to a date that I knew
this program was working correctly. Nothing has helped.
