VB6 Package and Deployment

Although I have done this countless times in the past both on this machine and others, I am unable to successfully package a particular app. using the Wizard. After following through all the steps, the Wizard abruptly stops with no message and without creating the .cab files. I subsequently tries packaging the same app. on 3 other machines with no success. What could possibly be the problem here? Welcome any suggestions.
