3D Acceleration Error!?

When i click on my World Of Warcraft icon to run it, I get this message: World Of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration. Please make sure DirectX 9.0c is installed and your video drivers are up-to-date.

I have recently just got a new graphics card and i installed it the previous day and was playing World Of Warcraft PERFECTLY. Now I wake up one morning and I get that message. I dont understand I was playing it fine the day before. I have no idea what happened if anyone can give me some insight on the subject id be very very happy. THX
