Can not remove adware.adpopup [CLOSED]

Hi a file of mine is infected with adware.adpopup and i am not able to remove it using Norton, and it will not delete as it says that the file is being used by another program, this occurs in safe mode also. If you could please help, as i have seen from other posts that you have already dealt with this problem. Thanks

The file is C:\WINDOWS\msagent\rasplay.dll

If you are having malware issues, please got to the following site and follow all the instructions carefully.


You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log

this will help you clean up to 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THIS thread.
