After installing Mesenger, I started receiving Program Errors. I uninstalled the Messenger but am still receiving the loadqm.exe alerts, and have had a slow down in the system.
I am using Windows 2000 which does not have the MSCONFIG option recommended. Are there any suggestions?

Loadqm.exe is a part of MSN Explorer/Messenger which loads up MSN Load Queue for updates. Did you receive the same exact error with regards to loadqm.exe after installing it or was it different?

As for your computer running slow as a result, have you tried running any Spyware Removal Program? Personally I like Lavasoft Ad-aware SE, which you can get at www.lavasoftusa.com, another good one is Spybot, Search & Destroy. Try running one of those and after removing the spyware from your computer, see if it helps out.
