strange problem in windows x64

Long story short, I got hit w/ some spyware. After removing everything w/ normal methods, adaware, microsoft spyware beta, and norton av, I was left w/ an odd problem, Internet explorer x64 can access the net, but none of my 32 bit apps (IE, emule, limewire, firefox, azureus) can connect. I suspect spyware of some sort, any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's the hijackthis log
