Windows 2003 Server Printing Problems

I installed Service Pack 1 yesterday for a Windows 2003 Server and ever since, I have not been able to print. I have removed the service pack, but the problem persists.

When trying to print a test page, I get the following error:

"Test page failed to print. Would you like to view the print troubleshooter for assistance? Access is denied"
