Hi, I do not know much about computers or the running programs. Recently I was at a website that had a winfix2005 popup. When I tried to disengage the pop up, well it just downloaded. Needless to say it crashed our computer. My husband was able to start it back up with Norton's boost. Well, now the program is in our computer (Norton did not detect is a virus) and It is annoying me. We have a newer computer and its now slow. Winfix keeps telling me that I have 2800 bad things in the computer. I just do not believe it. We need help please. We have adware and spyware and they too have not detected it.

Please help,

Hazel
