good news at last .:tazz:


try this :-

Go to TOOLS\INTERNET OPTIONS. and delete all TEMP INTERNET FILES

Download CCLEANER


then run the scan under the windows tab.



then DEFRAG your C:\ drive.

to help speed up your system.

also try STARTUP INSPECTOR it will tell you what you can disable, and let you disable them.

let us know how you get on.

Ok, that's pretty sweet now - back into quite acceptable perameters! :) That startup inspector is a nice little piece of software for us novices ;)

Thanks so much for you help - you guys rock. This was my first time posting, but I have used this and similar forums on a number of occasions where my limited knowledge left me stumped, and it has never ceased to amaze me the bredth of your knowledge and clarity of instructions - so cheers :tazz:
