If you are still requiring help,Run MSCONFIG and enable everything in the startup area. To get to MSCONFIG, click on Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click OK!

Under the "General" Tab
Make Sure Normal Startup is Checked!!

Click Apply>>Close>>Follow the Prompts to Restart!

Post a fresh HijackThis log and please be sure to Copy&Paste the entire log including all the processes and the Header!

When i type in msconfig and hit enter spybot starts?

Here is a current hijack. By the way no matter what icon I double click on spybot opens. To open the program like i am supposed to I have to right click and run as admin.

Hmmm,OK we are going to have to play it Safe since explorer.exe seems to be involved here!

Make sure Windows is showing Hidden Files!

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32-> Open the System32 folder and tell me if you can see this file

rsnikr.exe

While you are there go to this location C:\Windows

See how many copies of explorer.exe you have?

Now we need to get all copies of explorer.exe scanned!

Scan all copies of C:\WINDOWS\Explorer.EXE
