You guys seem to be getting alot of these problems so first off, thanks for helping out. I've used Ad-Aware pro, Microsoft Antispyware, Spybot, Pest Patrol and Webroot Spy Sweeper but to no avail. I've even downloaded the VX2 plugin that Ad-Aware offers but it doesn't help. I tried manually deleting the nail.exe file and even tried deleting the file in the registry but it always came back. I was reading the other posts on this forum and was tempted to follow their instructions but noticed that VX2 kept on renaming files after each reboot. I really don't know what else to do so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ewido - Downloaded, installed and updated.
Cleanup - Downloaded.
Nailfix - Downloaded and extracted.
APT - Downloaded and extracted.

I guessed that the next step would be to search in APT for C:\WINDOWS\system32\kyazhco.exe but when I checked in APT, it wasn't there instead I noticed 2 files called C:\WINDOWS\system32\tpkmpsvc.exe and C:\WINDOWS\system32\wdfmgr.exe. I'm not sure what to do from here. Please help!

Thanks again for all the help.
