hey, i've just purchased a second hand laptop. and i'm just wondering how I can put my Windows XP settings back to the factory ones??? i have no disc or anything.

anyone who can help please do !

There are couple of ways to solve the "simple" problem. If you want to reinstall the windows and get the factory settings that way you can do so, but you will need windows xp CD, or you can try system restore using the oldest restore point which should be right after windows was installed on the machine.
