Try ALL the below in BLUE, one of these should work (if not, just move on to the next one):

Go to Start->Run and type in notepad and hit OK. Then copy and paste the following into Notepad:

sc stop cmdService
sc delete cmdService
sc stop mnmsrvc
sc delete mnmsrvc
sc stop r_server
sc delete r_server
del delete.bat

Save the file as "delete.bat". Make sure to save it with the quotes. Double click on it.

Go into HijackThis->Config->Misc Tools->Delete an NT service and type in cmdService and hit OK. Do the same for mnmsrvc and r_server.

Go to Start->Run and type in services.msc and hit OK. Then look for Command Service (cmdService) and double click on it. Click on the Stop button and under Startup type, choose Disabled. Do the same thing for NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing (mnmsrvc) and Remote Administrator Service (r_server).

Check and fix these in HijackThis if they still exist:

O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner - C:\WINNT\Sm9obnNvbi1DQgAA\command.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing (mnmsrvc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINNT\System32\mnmsrvc.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: Remote Administrator Service (r_server) - Unknown owner - C:\WINNT\System32\r_server.exe" /service (file missing)

Restart and post a new HijackThis log.
