when i run everest home edition it says under motherboard and then chipset

UTILIZATION 78% i have 256mb of ram (pc3200) are them settings right when i go on task manager then processes there is loads of things there should there be something there. Thanks in advance nost.

The Everest RAM figures are correct - an anomaly of only 2MB is to be expected (202+56 = 258). And, yes, having loads of processes running is normal for Windows XP. These are processes and services running in the background, not applications which you've launched yourself. nothing unusual is happening on your PC.
