We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP, or Service Pack 4 if you are running Win2k. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

Hi

I have a small problem... i cannot get an internet connection on the infected computer therefore I cannot do this...

What do I do

Can you download the installer for service pack from another pc and transfer it over somehow?

Go to http://www.microsoft...p1/network.mspx download it put the install file on a cd or something then transfer it over if you cant install service packs then I cant help you.
