Hi again scarlet_spider...

When you right lick on the toolbar, are there check marks beside the toobars you want? If not, select them by clicking on them. Also...you may have to restart your browser before they will appear after the initial install.

In IE click "view" then "toolbars". Are your new toolbars listed and ticked?

what you also need to check is that the other opcions are not locked make sure your address bar isn't locked or anything else then try to move the toolbars around and see if that helps, if not unsiteall them and reinstall them over

i have found the perfect solution for your problem

what you want to do is remove the recently played files from the media player

here is how to do it:

open the media player and go to tools then click on options, after that click on the privacy tab, at the bottom there will be two options, one that says clear history and another that says clear cache. you have to click on both options in order for it to clear it up

one thing, this only works for media player version 9 and 10

if you have another version let me know so ii can research on it.
