Basically my computer (windows xp) is just bogged down from everything. I get pop-ups even when I'm not on the internet, and things just open all the time. I'm not 'allowed' to download or open many pages (often including hotmail) pretty much all of the time because the computer just closes them and asks me if I want to send a query. very weird.
Overall
i) heaps of pop ups
ii) cant download or in fact go on the internet much of the time
iii) cant send emails sometimes
iv) all these registry cleaners and anti spyware programs have installed themselves, including "bullseye network" whatever that is
v) i think i have a forewall since about 2 days ago which has appeared
i think thats about it.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

It may be some kind of virus corrupting your computer and installing all sorts of nasty programs. There is a forum here for malware issues. (I'm fixing a problem there as we speak). Why not go there and check things out a bit?

Good Luck overall!
