New HardDrive problem

Hi, I got a new HD today and plugged it in. Then started to setup XP, after that I installed the SATA drivers. XP continued installing but when it finished a blue screen came up. I reset the computer and it said 'NTLDR is missing. Press CTRL ALT DELETE to restart' :tazz:
