I have formated cmp with new XP SP2 and updated it with all security updates from microsoft; so, my question is: is Microsoft firewall enough or its maybe better to put ZonaAlarm as well and/or disable Microsoft firewall? What is the better?

Both will give you good inbound protectoin but only ZoneAlarm has outbound protection. It really depends on what you are looking for. For the majority of users the XP SP2 firewall is sufficient. Zonealarm also required more configuring and takes up more resources then the XP SP2 firewall.
