Hey,

i was just installing XP on an old system today when it flagged up that the maths coprocessor in that particular processor was broken, but it could work around it. Anyway i continued the install and now its crashing all over the shop, i ran PC Check and the Coprocessor failed on round and chop operations and a pentium class operation, Is this processor worth keeping or should i bin it?

Thanks.

If PCCHeck is failing the CPU you should throw it away. Just make sure you have the latest version of PCCHeck.
