my pc randomly restarts mostly when i am playing a high spec game or just a big load (sometimes when it is just on desktop or screensaver.
i think it is overheating of cpu making it do it because when i check temp in bios at start-up the cpu temp is 65c or more.
also there is always a odd noise coming from pc( it sounds like a continues beep but it does stop when cpu loads anything

65C is getting a bit high and the system may be overheating. You should install some extra fans to keep it cool.

If you are able to open up your case, I would recommend cleaning it with compressed air. Dust is the #1 culprit for overheating systems. 2nd ofcourse is a bad cpu fan.

I found speedfan can make some systems crash if you have it on startup. But it is free and if it works.. :tazz:
