How do I keep Favorite Folders Up?

I just reloaded my XP so I have to redo a lot of things. One issue is that I noticed after my pst files successfully were imported that if I close Outlook, my favorite folders section disappears and I have to realign it all. What gives?

Also, how do I get all teh folders throughout to not show email in groups by periods of dates, like two weeks ago etc and just run straight down chronologically?

Hi davamendoza,
Open your folder, right click on "Arrange by" select how you want them arranged.
You can also open "view" arrange by.
Look at your folder list on left. Look at bottom for "Mail". Click on it and your favorites will be at top.
