i would like to know a good program to use for overclocking, my friend told me but hes a crack so i dont know if u could trust him.

Using a program would be the best for beginner.

Try RivaTuner 2.0 it will work, and will support both ati and nvidia.

Clockgen for system overclocking. Try the overclocks in clockgen test the stablilty then work your way up to that clock in bios.

Yeah making shure you wanted to oc your video card and not the cpu.

I just guessed that you were talking about your video card. LOL


If you want a system oc program try what warriorscot said.

I think they were a couple of others i tried but that was the best i tried, as always bios is the best way to overclock.

Where can you get that? And overclocking your video card? Im a pure newb at this, I only just started learning so....I think I'll try it on my old computer first!! Can where can I get some more info on the Rivatuner?
