I had a problem with the PSGuard thing a few weeks ago and thought i finally got rid of it. I would put money on it that it comes back when i download Spybot Search and Destroy updates... unless the updates are actually just finding stuff left over. Twice now my system is clean right before i download Spybot updates and afterwards Spybot finds a ton of PSGaurd entries. With this last check it found something i cannot get rid of...ShudderLTD in the registry. Here is my Hijackthis log. Can someone please take a look at it and help me clean it up and get rid of the ShudderLTD registry entry?

Launch ewido, there should be an icon on your desktop double-click it.
The program will prompt you to update click the OK button

The program will now go to the main screen
You will need to update ewido to the latest definition files.On the left hand side of the main screen click update
Click on Start
The update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
Once the updates are installed, close Ewido for now.

Here are the logs you requested...all but the Panda Activscan log. I had used it once before and i didn't like what it did for me and said i'd never use it again but if you think it is absolutely necessary i will. Smitrem found and removed the registry key i originally posted about and Ad-Aware, Ewido, and Spybot all came back clean. Here is the entry from Spybot that made me seek your help, but it is now gone. PSGuard: Settings (Registry key, fixing failed)

I advise you to remove these two (they seem to come along with this infection).

Open HijackThis
Place a check against each of the following, making sure you get them all and not any others by mistake:

I cannot demand a Panda scan. It's just a pretty good scanner that tends to find a lot of malware sitting around. Ultimatly it's your choice.
