MY computer is acting very weird. I dont know on what it depends, but

sometimes when I start my computer, before going into WindowsXP, this

screen comes up:

And when I press "Start windows normally", when it goes into Windows,

the icons start blinking, all these pages start to open and when I try

to type something on a web page, the page start reloading.. and so

on... I have to press "Esc" to calm it down for a bit, but then it

comes back..!!!
I've tried to reinstall Windows and I've checked the drives with antiviruses and thing like Ad-aware, but it doesnt go away!!!
Please HELP!!!

Click start, run, type sfc /scannow then press enter to replace the system files, you need the XP CD and get a blue bar, after the bar goes, reboot

Maybe your F8 butoon is stuck in the keyboard... Does it beep? Don't laugh with me. It is possible

Evans, hehehe.... I thought it could be my keyboard too, but appears to be fine, no beeps. Should check with a different one tho..

and if it type in the notepad, this stuff keeps coming up and doesnt let me type:

Have you tried booting to the "Last Known Good Configuration"?

I dont think that would help, as my memory tells me, I've always had this problem (before and after formatting the drive), so there wouldnt be such a thing as "Last Known Good Configuration"...
