Dell Bios need to change boot order

I can't access the bios on a Dell Latitude CPi...I cant remember which buttons to push as it boots up. I want to change the boot order. Right now the machine has ME installed and I want to upgrade to XP.
Also, after removing some spyware, I can no longer get the machine to go past the ME splash screen.
Help Please...this is someone else's machine that I am trying to help them with...right now I have done more harm than good.
