Hi Archie. What kind of problems are you having?

I see entries for Grisoft and Norton on your system. ARe both programs going at the same time? You only need one anti-viral program.

Go to add/remove programs and get rid of viewpoint manager if it is there. Also, party poker.

There are a few more entries to clean up after that. Have you run adaware?

I will wait to hear back from you and then work on your log. <_<

Hi,

I don't use both Anti-virus programs at one time. I just like having AVG available. I use it every once in a while to see what it will find.

And, yes, I've run Adaware and Spybot S&D

What is viewpoint manager? I know what Party Poker is and don't want to remove it if I don't have to.

My main problem is that my IE home page has been hijacked by Google again. I rarely use IE, but, I don't want no one changing my home page, niether. I've been using SBC/Yahoo's browser and like it better than IE.

Both anti-viral programs start when you turn your computer on. That's not good.

Go into safe mode>>reboot computer and softly hit F8

Find this folder (make sure all folders are showing) and get rid of :
C:\Program Files\Viewpoint
C:\Program Files\PartyPoker

Run Hijack This and make sure all connections to the internet are off. Put a check in each box.
