I was trying to re-format a clone computer that was using windows xp pro. For some reason I stopped about 1/4 of the way throught the format process. I rebooted/restarted the computer and all I get is a blinking cursor in the upper left hand corner on a blank black screen. I tried several times to reboot and get the same thing. How can I correct this ?

What exactly were you trying to do? Are you trying to reformat for a clean install? What program are you using to reformat with?

I tried several times to reboot and get the same thing. How can I correct this ?

What are you expecting to happen when you reboot?
