Winfixer/Aurora infection [CLOSED]

I am getting ad pop ups about every few seconds. This has slowed down my computer a lot, and occasionally even causes my machine to hang. Most annoying are the pop up boxes saying my computer has some problem - I always click on the X to close the popup, but it immediately opens a new Winfixer brower window.
I've tried almost all the fixes recommended in this forum, but the Winfixer has not fone apparently I have some pretty stubborn malware.
Not only that, after reading all the other posts, I feel there may be more malware on my pc. Help!
