Where do I find Cox INternet server address to add

I wanted to try adding coxmail server to trusted sites. I wanted to know how to add that info in correctly .... as stated prior I am having major problems receiving emails as I suspected and feared would happen when installing a firewall.

This is teh same crap taht happened a year ago when I tried another firewall. I hate that issue!

I would be grateful for your walk thru on solving this.

As stated prior I did add Outlook as trusted application
