Pop UPS/Can't connect to IM messengers

I tryed connecting into the chat room on here to see if i could talkto someone on there and i cant. I cant connect to AIM either and i am getting all these pop ups even though i have a pop up blocker installed. Is it because of this psguard thats causing it? I have no clue what is going on
