Installed 3COM3C574-TX PCMCIA card in old compaq armada 4160t, win98. Card installed okay. Everything seems to be working. Solid green light on 100Mbs, not blinking so I assume not communicating with network. Workgroup set up okay. TCP/IP binding okay. I give up. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the issue is corrupt TCP/IP files. Now I have to figure out how to reload TCP/IP from floppy disk. No CD on this laptop. Any suggestions?
