BEFSR41 Router Problem

Hey I am having problems with my router that keeps going on/off in occasions.

What I mean is that sometimes when I am on the internet it sometimes disconnects without my approval. I have no idea what causes this. I virus scanned and spyware scanned and my computer is clean as a whistle.
