Hello,

I am getting windows installer screen repeteadly. Apart from this my screen is flickering. Please help me on this.

Is this when windows gets to the desktop or when you run a programme

Thankyou for your reply. When I connect USB pen drive or when connecting external USB drive or running any program.

Click start, search, type prefetch, stop the search when the folder shows, open the folder, click edit, select all, right click any file, then click delete, click yes to confirm delete, approx 100, reboot,

Click start, all programmes, accessories, system tools, disc clean up, run this

Run Microsoft Update here

When you click search use the option to include hidden and system files
