Desktop Hijack to cleanprivacy!? [RESOLVED]

I have a big ad on my desktop saying that i've been visiting ilegal pornsite and the "Big Brother is watching me". and that i've got to click here to clean up my tracks...blah blah blah. I've tried, noadware, adaware 6 SE, spybot, and housecall. Nothing seems to work. I did get a response from the company and they said that they have cancelled the account of the use who did this and that I should ad a registry key they sent me to my registry. That did not work either. I can post the registry key if needed.
