I downloaded a software program called "amplify" which supposedly lets you open and keep multiple webistes on your PC at once. I don't much care for it and never use it and want to uninstall it but when I use the unimstall software option (Windows XP) I receive the following message:
"Install Shield ® setup launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close"
This program called amplify starts up automatically and I have to manually shut it down and even then I can not uninstall it. The primary reason I want to uninstall it is because I believe it is taking up resources and makes my boot up slower than necessary.
Thank you.
