Hi guys, i would like to know if there is a software (program) that i can use to lock my installed application/programs/tools/games/etc...????

If you mean prevent other people from using them, yes there is and it's part of Windows. You just set up separate accounts, for instance for you and a guest, and disable the progrms in the guest account. You can also do that with hardware.
