i'm thinking about getting a new dell laptop
but i have a compaq printer
so will the printer work if i connect it with a dell laptop?
because i used to have a canyon printer and it didnt work with my compaq laptop

there is no real reason why not providing they both have compatible port eg lpt1 interface on printer and slot on laptop, or usb, providing these are correct no reason at all why not that i can think of.
