please help!

ive taken my hp laptop into be fixed TWICE andboth times "nothing was wrong"...my mouse pointer (wether i plug one in or use the built in pad) will be smooth and then approx. every 2-3 seconds it will pause, and jerk...it is SO frustrating!

my keyboard is the same way, here's what "testing, one two three" looks like when i'm NOT typing extra-slow to compensate...

how rediculous is that??? what's wrong with my computer! it's not a hardware problem because it doesnt matter if i use an external device or not....and the computer repair company has totally reformatted my drives, wiped everything clean, and claim that both times this has been in they havent seen the problem..yet when i bring it home the problem undoubtedly continues...

this is the MOST frustrating problem i've ver had with ANY computer...any help is appreciated...my only guess is it definately a virus and the geniuses that looked at the system are too stupid to figure it out..
