Hopefully this will be an easy question for someone to help me with.

I am trying to download a Honda Civic service manual from here:

http://auto.apvs.ru/

I am in Texas.

When I click the link to download, it tells me

....This file can be downloaded only by users located within Russia.
....If you really need this file, find some russian proxy server.

Can someone assist me with this? I do not know anything about proxy servers or how to use them, but I am capable of following instructions. I just need the file so I can repair my Honda (96 Civic repair manual). Thanks in advance to anyone that can help! :tazz:
