spybot problem

I have only started having the following problem After running spybot I am shown the following.
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
Spybot cannot fix the problem I get the message,
(some problems couldn't be fixed,the reason could be that some of the associated files are still in use (in memory)
Is this something I should worry about.
