I have a Dell Smartstep 100D and I need to do a system restore. I am running XP on this computer. I have the system restore disks that came from dell, but am unable to get them to run.

The manual stays that I have to call dell for the information on which key I have to press to get these disks to run. I tried dell and there is no support for this computer either online or by phone.

Can you please help me with this. All I need is what key will get this disk to run.

Thanks

What kind of key? I assume I have to press a physical key and not enter a number key.
