Word 2002 - Envelopes/Labels

When creating a new envelope, the address appears in both the envelope and label tabs. The envelope has been set correctly but when clicking the print button on the envelope screen, it sends labels to print. Any ideas? I have found a work around, by putting the labels radio button on "Single" but I shouldn't have to do this to print an envelope.
